Our Story

A Local Institution Since the Early 1990s

Sam & Lee's Restaurant has been a cornerstone of the Utqiagvik community for over three decades. Run by Mr. and Mrs. Kim, our family-owned restaurant has welcomed locals, workers, and travelers through the doors of our red building on Kogiak Street through every season — including the long Arctic winter.

We serve a broad menu of Chinese, American, and Asian-inspired dishes, from Mongolian Beef and General Tso's Chicken to steaks, burgers, pizza, and breakfast all day. There's something for everyone.
